Dalam beberapa riwayat, ada juga yang menyebutkan bahwa sebelum Nabi Idris diangkat ke langit, beliau berdoa agar dapat tetap diberikan kekuatan dan kemudahan dalam menjalankan amanah dakwah, serta agar mendapatkan kedudukan yang baik di sisi Allah.

Meskipun doa-doa tersebut tidak ditemukan dalam bentuk yang jelas dalam Al-Qur'an, namun nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya sangat relevan bagi kita sebagai umat Islam. Doa Nabi Idris mengajarkan kita untuk selalu memohon kepada Allah untuk diberikan ilmu yang bermanfaat, kebijaksanaan dalam menghadapi kehidupan, dan perlindungan dari segala keburukan.
